Check entry quality
A lab entry in Genetiqo Vault is a manually transcribed laboratory value, unit and date stored in the local journal. Repeated entries can form a trend, but the app does not import the laboratory report or explain why a result changed. Use this check before you review the timeline, include the entry in a report, or export a range — so the entry makes sense later.

Open the lab entry and confirm it has the intended date and a label you will recognize later, for example the test name as written on your source.

Compare the user-entered test label and the transcribed value against your original source. Correct any typo, unit or date yourself in the record.

If the app shows a prompt, treat it as a documentation check — not a medical judgment. Edit the record yourself if needed so date, label, value and unit are complete.
