Genetiqo Vault Support

Help for your private treatment journal

Setup, Health app import, Visit Brief, subscriptions, app lock, exports, reminders, and local data controls.

Before you email

Include your device model, iOS version, and whether Pro is active. Keep treatment details and other health information out of email.

Getting Started

  • Complete onboarding, then add a treatment from Today.
  • Enter only what appears on your prescription label or what your healthcare provider instructed.
  • Use Journal for reminders, logs, and symptoms; Trends for metrics and labs; and Reports for shareable summaries.

Health App Import

  • Open Trends, then choose Import Health to review recent Health app trends.
  • Approve read access in Apple's Health permission sheet before any values can be shown.
  • Select the values you want to copy into your local journal. Genetiqo Vault does not write data back to the Health app or send Health data to Genetiqo.

Visit Brief

  • Visit Brief organizes entries from the date range you choose into a concise summary for an appointment.
  • It is generated entirely on your iPhone with local rules. No external AI service, account, or API key is used.
  • Your Visit Brief remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Do not use it for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergencies.

Subscription and Restore

  • Genetiqo Vault Pro is an auto-renewable subscription handled by Apple.
  • The paywall shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms for your App Store storefront before purchase.
  • Use Restore Purchases on the paywall if Pro does not appear active after reinstalling or changing devices.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.

Privacy and App Lock

  • Genetiqo Vault does not require an account and does not sell health data.
  • Journal data and Visit Brief generation stay on your device.
  • Pro users can set up app lock from Settings with a passcode and biometric unlock when available.

Export and Erase Journal

  • Use Reports to prepare shareable summaries for a healthcare appointment.
  • Pro users can export PDF and CSV files.
  • Use Settings to export your journal or choose Erase Journal to remove local entries, photo notes, and Visit Briefs from the app.
