Genetiqo Vault Support
Help for your private treatment journal
Setup, Health app import, AI Digest, subscriptions, app lock, exports, reminders, and local data controls.
Before you email
Include your device model, iOS version, and whether you are using Free, Monthly Pro, or Yearly Pro. Keep treatment details out of email.
Getting Started
- Complete onboarding, then add a treatment from Today.
- Enter only what appears on your prescription label or what your healthcare provider instructed.
- Use Calendar for local reminders, Logs for notes and symptoms, Labs for metrics and labs, and Reports for summaries.
Health App Import
- Open Labs, then choose Import Health to review recent Health app trends.
- Approve read access in Apple's Health permission sheet before any values can be shown.
- Select the values you want to copy into Metrics. Genetiqo Vault does not write data back to the Health app.
AI Digest
- AI Digest is optional and requires your own DeepSeek API key.
- Choose a report range, review the local privacy pass, then tap Generate when you want to send the prepared summary.
- Do not use AI Digest for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergencies.
Subscription and Restore
- Genetiqo Vault Pro is an auto-renewable subscription handled by Apple.
- Weekly is USD 4.99. Monthly is USD 7.99. Yearly is USD 59.99.
- Use Restore Purchases on the paywall if Pro does not appear active after reinstalling or changing devices.
- If a subscription problem continues, confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.
Privacy and App Lock
- Genetiqo Vault does not require an account and does not sell health data.
- Journal data is local-first on your device.
- Pro users can set up app lock from Settings with a passcode and biometric unlock when available.
Export and Delete Data
- Use Reports to prepare doctor-ready report previews.
- Pro users can export PDF and CSV files.
- Use Settings to export all local data or permanently delete local journal data from the device.
