Genetiqo Vault lets you manually enter treatments, routine logs, symptoms, labs, metrics, notes, reminder details, and optional photo notes.

This information is stored in the app on your device. Genetiqo Vault does not require an account and Genetiqo does not operate a server sync or cloud storage service for the app.

Health app import is optional and requires your approval through Apple's Health permission sheet.

Genetiqo Vault reads only the Health data categories you authorize. When you choose to import, the app copies only the values you select into local metric entries. It does not write data back to the Health app or send Health data to Genetiqo.

Visit Brief is generated entirely on your device from the date range you choose, using local rules. It does not call an external AI service, send a network request, or require an API key.

The entries used to prepare a Visit Brief remain in the app unless you choose to export or share the result. A Visit Brief organizes your own entries; it is not a clinical interpretation or medical recommendation.

Genetiqo Vault does not send or collect your treatment journal data, Health app imports, photos, lab values, metrics, notes, reminders, or Visit Briefs.

The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and Genetiqo does not sell health data.

Genetiqo Vault Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Apple processes the purchase and provides entitlement status to the app so Pro features can be unlocked or restored.

The app shows the current price, billing period, and renewal terms for your App Store storefront before you confirm a purchase. Genetiqo does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

When you select an optional photo note, the app stores a local copy with your journal entry. Genetiqo Vault does not upload photo notes.

Reminders are scheduled locally. Genetiqo does not receive reminder content. Whether a notification is visible on the Lock Screen depends on your iPhone notification settings.

Genetiqo Vault includes app lock features for Pro users, including passcode and biometric unlock when available on the device.

Device backups, iCloud settings, operating system diagnostics, and App Store purchase systems are controlled by Apple and your device settings. A device backup may contain app data according to those settings.

Exports happen only when you request them. Genetiqo Vault creates the selected report or journal export on your device and presents Apple's share sheet so you control the destination.

After you share a file outside Genetiqo Vault, the copy is governed by the destination you selected. Use Erase Journal in Settings to remove local journal entries, photo notes, and Visit Briefs from the app. Subscription status and app preferences are managed separately.

Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device. Copies in device backups remain subject to your Apple backup settings and retention controls.

You can review or revoke Health access in the Health app, change notification access in iPhone Settings, and choose which photos to share through Apple's system photo picker.

You decide when to import, export, share, or erase journal information.
