Before you download

The short version.

These are the questions most people have about storage, Visit Briefs, subscriptions, and medical advice.

Does Genetiqo Vault give medical advice?

No. It records information you enter. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate doses, recommend treatment, or provide emergency care.

Where is my journal stored?

Your journal, imported values, photo notes, and Visit Briefs stay in the app on your iPhone unless you explicitly export or share a file.

How is a Visit Brief made?

The app organizes the entries from the date range you select. The summary is made on your iPhone and you can review it before exporting.

How do subscriptions work?

Apple handles weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable plans. The app shows the current price and renewal terms for your storefront before purchase, and purchases can be restored.
