The team
Genetiqo Vault is published by CodeAustral LLC, which is also the developer account on the App Store. The same small team is responsible for the iPhone app, the public website, the guides and support. There is no separate agency between the customer and the people who build the product.
Roles are published rather than individual biographies: product and engineering own the app behaviour and the privacy controls; the editorial desk owns the guides and this page; support owns the inbox. The support and account contact is hello@codeaustral.com, read by the people who work on the app.
We do not claim clinical review by a physician, a university affiliation, an accreditation, a certification body or a research partnership, because none of those currently applies to this product. If that changes, this page will state it with the body that issued it.
What the product is, and what it is not
Genetiqo Vault is a personal record and export tool for iPhone. You enter treatments, routines, symptoms, lab values, metrics and optional photo notes. You review the timeline and prepare a Visit Brief from a date range you choose. The record stays in the app on your device unless you export or share a file.
It is not a diagnostic service, a genetic analysis service, a prescribing tool or an emergency service. It does not interpret results for you, recommend a treatment, calculate a dose or replace a qualified healthcare professional. The optional AI Digest is a separate workflow that sends a report snapshot to an external provider only after you confirm it and supply your own API key; automated redaction can miss sensitive details, so review the snapshot before sending.
Editorial policy
The guides on this site describe how the app records, organizes and exports information. They are written from the current product behaviour and from the published App Store metadata, not from a general theory of health. When a guide refers to a screen, a limit or a permission, the source is the app itself or the App Store listing.
What the editorial desk does
- Writes in plain language and explains a term the first time it appears.
- Separates product documentation from general health information.
- States the limit of the product in the same guide, not in a footnote.
- Dates each page when it is reviewed and keeps the review date visible.
- Links to the privacy policy and support page from every guide.
What the editorial desk does not do
- Publish a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a dose.
- Publish a customer story that cannot be traced to a real review.
- Publish a rating, an outcome or a user count without the owner's record behind it.
- Use an AI model to invent a medical claim or a citation.
- Change a guide silently to fit a marketing message.
The guides are product documentation. They are not a medical publication and are not written or reviewed by a licensed clinician. Read them next to the app, and take medical questions to a qualified professional.
Corrections policy
If a page states something the app does not do, names a price that no longer matches the App Store configuration, or describes a screen that changed, that is a correction we want. Email hello@codeaustral.com with the subject Correction request and include the page address, the sentence and, if you have it, the screen or App Store record that shows the correct value.
A correction is handled in this order: the page is checked against the current app and the App Store record; a factual error is fixed; the review date on the page is updated; and the person who reported it receives a reply by email describing what changed. If the point is a matter of interpretation rather than a factual error, the reply says so and the page may add the missing limit instead of deleting the section.
We do not delete a page to resolve a correction. A page is corrected in place, and a guide that is no longer accurate is either rewritten or marked as retired with the date.
Privacy and data
The journal, imported values, photo notes and Visit Briefs stay in the app on your iPhone unless you export or share a file. There is no Genetiqo account and no developer-operated sync backend. The app does not include ads or third-party analytics trackers, and Genetiqo does not sell health data.
This website uses a small number of cookies for analytics, marketing and functionality. The consent bar records your choice with a version and a timestamp, and you can reopen it from the footer on any page. The full data terms, including the optional AI Digest exception, are in the privacy policy.
Refunds, billing and cancellation
Genetiqo Vault Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store at USD 4.99 per week, USD 7.99 per month or USD 59.99 per year. Apple processes the payment and owns the billing relationship, so Apple also owns the refund decision. The current localized price, the applicable tax and the renewal terms appear on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm; the pricing page lists the USD list prices and the billing periods.
To cancel, open the App Store app, choose your account, open Subscriptions, select Genetiqo Vault and turn off automatic renewal. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
To request a refund, use Apple's purchase support for the order. Genetiqo cannot issue or reverse an App Store charge, and this page does not promise a refund that Apple has not granted. If a purchase, a restore or an entitlement looks wrong, email hello@codeaustral.com with the Apple order number and the team will help trace it.
Contact
Support, corrections and account questions: hello@codeaustral.com. The contact page lists the subject lines that reach the right desk. Support covers installation, purchases and restore, exports and the privacy controls in the app. It does not answer medical questions, review results or give a diagnosis.
The publisher is CodeAustral LLC. The app listing is Genetiqo Vault on the App Store. The App Store listing is the source of truth for compatibility, current price and renewal terms in your storefront.
