Genetiqo Vault is a private iPhone journal for recording treatments, routines, symptoms, labs, metrics and photo notes. It helps you review a timeline and prepare a Visit Brief from the entries you select. It does not diagnose, prescribe, calculate doses or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Health information often ends up scattered across notes, calendars, photos and documents. Genetiqo Vault gives those user-entered records a consistent structure so you can see what happened, when it happened and what you may want to discuss at a future appointment. The product is deliberately a record and export tool, not an automated clinical decision maker.
No Genetiqo account is required. The app has no ads, no third-party analytics trackers, no developer-operated sync backend and no sale of health data. Journal entries, imported values, photo notes and Visit Briefs stay in the app on your iPhone unless you explicitly export or share a file. Read the detailed privacy policy for the current terms.
Genetiqo Vault does not provide medical advice, emergency services, diagnoses or treatment recommendations. It does not verify that an entry is clinically correct. Decisions about symptoms, medicines, doses, tests and treatment belong with an appropriate healthcare professional.
You select a date range, and the app organizes the corresponding entries on your iPhone. You can review the result before choosing whether to export a PDF or CSV. This keeps the person using the app in control of the records included and the people with whom a file is shared.
